Ashra-Blackouts(1978)
Basically
this is solo work by Manuel
Göttsching
who
was probably one of the best guitarists around the Krautrock scene in
the early 70s. He was part of Ashra Ra Temple, but by the late 70s
was releasing solo work. All though some of the 80s tracks by him
sound a bit of the time, there is elements that almost predates music
that was to come. A strange person to compare him to I would say
Steve Hillage, both guitarists that are capable of searing guitar
work over electronic music.
